On Wednesday, January 10, while I went on a neighborhood orientation walk (in the rain) with Tom and three other members of the group, Mary Joy took a taxi with two others to the Citadel and the Fine Arts Museum. After the Welcome Briefing, we all boarded pedal rickshaws and, after pictures by the Opera House, we rode through the Old Quarter to a restaurant for the Welcome Dinner.
