On Monday, September 14 we caught the ferry back to Kimasi. It was running several hours late. At Kimasi, we got on one of the buses heading toward Athens, buying a ticket on the bus, but only to Psachna, where we were let off near a taxi stand. The nice desk clerk at our hotel on Skopelos had helped us arrange for a taxi to pick us up there to take us to Paralia Politikon (Politika Beach), where we checked into a nice apartment over the Psaritaverna (fish tavern) Kyriakos, situated on the beach. We took advantage of a 10% discount to eat a very nice meal (seafood, of course) at the taverna.
