In 2018 our winter trip will be to Puerto Vallarta. That was the very first place I ever went to in Mexico, in November 1988. I haven't been back since, and Mary Joy's never been there.
We liked the Rick Steves Sicily tour so much that we've signed up for another, to Greece, and will also spend a few days in the islands (Sifnos? Folegandros? Santorini again?), and maybe make a short visit to Switzerland.
We haven't finalized plans for our 20th wedding anniversary (the 10th was in Door County, Wisconsin; the 15th in Bayfield, Wisconsin). Opera in Santa Fe looks interesting, or possibly tracking Mary Joy's Acadian heritage in New Brunswick (Pierre Arsenault was her first ancestor to live and die on this side of the Atlantic, crossing from France in 1685).
